Our father, in which all things are possible, thank you for
waking us another day. On this day I approach your throne with
the spirit of thanksgiving. Thanking you for all you have done in
the lives of the multitude. Thanking you that all sickness is not
until death. Thanking you, that trouble don’t last always. Thanking
you that we made it through. Thanking you for those you ordained
to spread your word throughout the world. Lord, there is so much
to thank you for that it cannot be contained in this short prayer but let
us continually and prayerfully thank you as we go about our days
and surely goodness and mercy shall follow us.
