Let us pray
Lord Jesus, You are the healer of body and soul. I ask You now, simply and with trust: heal me, and help me recover.
Restore my strength a little more each day. Let the treatment work as it should. Let my body rest and repair while I sleep. Let the pain ease and my appetite return.
Give me patience with slow progress. Recovery does not follow my schedule, Lord, but it follows Yours, and Yours is wiser.
Keep me from discouragement on the days when I feel worse instead of better. Remind me that healing is not a straight line and that You are with me on every part of it.
Bless the hands that care for me, the people who check on me, and the ones who are praying for me when I do not know it.
I thank You in advance for every bit of health You will return to me, and I promise to use it for Your glory. Jesus, I trust in You. Heal me and raise me up. Amen.
